PRO811Tracker, a product of Martins Neto LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operates the PRO811Tracker locate-ticket tracking service (the "Service"). Your data is stored on US-based cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest where supported by the hosting provider. We implement access controls, audit logging, and routine backups. While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account cancellation, we make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted from active systems. Backup copies may be retained for a limited additional period.
